Terms of use
AI Compliance Gap Assessment is a free self-assessment published by RedHub AI LLC. Using it means accepting what follows. If you do not, do not use it.
1. What this is
A deterministic scoring tool that reads answers you supply about your own organization and returns a score, a band and, where a control is short, a suggested first action. The method is published in full on the methodology page, so the output is something you can recompute and check. It is free, and it is worth exactly what a careful reading of it tells you.
2. What it is not
It is not an audit. It is not a certification, and it cannot be presented as one. It is not a conformity assessment under any regulation. It is not a penetration test or any other form of technical testing. It is not legal advice, and nothing here creates a lawyer-client relationship or substitutes for advice from a qualified professional on your own facts.
Where this site describes what a framework or a regulation asks for, it is describing that framework. It is not telling you what applies to you. Which obligations attach depends on your role, your jurisdiction and how your systems classify, and none of that is something a questionnaire can determine.
3. The output describes your answers
Every result is computed from what you typed. Nothing is verified, because nothing is inspected. A high score means your answers were confident, and it is not evidence of compliance, security or any other state of the world. A low score is not evidence of a violation.
4. Using a result
You may use, copy and share any result this site produces, inside or outside your organization, for your own purposes.
That permission is given on these conditions. A result is a self-assessment computed entirely from answers you supplied. Nothing was inspected, verified or tested. That qualification is printed on the result and on the share card, it is part of the result, and it must travel with it wherever the result goes.
Subject to those conditions, there is one thing you may not do: present a result as an independent assessment, an audit, a certification, a conformity assessment, or the work of a qualified reviewer who examined your systems. It is none of those, and describing it as one misrepresents both it and us.
5. No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Frameworks and regulations change, sometimes on short notice, and this site can lag them.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RedHub AI LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its output.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
If any provision of this section is held unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder of this section continues in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and the state and federal courts sitting in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this paragraph deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of any right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country conferred on you by law.
6. Products we sell
This site links to paid products on redhub.ai, and we say so on every page that recommends one. Those purchases are governed by the terms on redhub.ai (opens in a new tab), not by this page. Nothing here is required to act on a result.
